About Me

I’m Dr. Erika, a lifelong STEM enthusiast and pharmacist with over 20 years of corporate experience. While others spent their summers at cheerleading camp, I was immersed in engineering camp, excelling in math and science. My passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking led me to a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, where I navigated the complexities of science and healthcare with precision and expertise.

But even as I thrived in my corporate role, I always felt a pull toward the creative pursuits that had brought me joy as a child—ballet, theater, chorus, and dance. Somewhere along the way, like many of us, I set those passions aside to focus on my career. It wasn't until later in life that I rediscovered these creative outlets and realized how much they fueled my spirit and brought me true fulfillment.

Now, as a motivational speaker, voiceover artist, and cosplayer, I’ve fully embraced the creative side of myself that I had once put on hold. I understand the journey of balancing a demanding career with the desire to reconnect with what truly brings us joy. It’s a journey that many of us face, especially as we move into the next phase of our lives.

I believe that life is not about reaching a "second act," but about integrating all the parts of who we are into a cohesive and fulfilling whole. My mission is to inspire others, especially women over 40, to rediscover their passions, redefine success on their own terms, and live life boldly and authentically.
